Reticulated Ring

$120.00

These molten rings are made using a technique called Reticulation. Reticulation is the processes of repeatedly heating silver to just below its melting point, the core becomes molten surrounded by a layer of fine silver. The patterned surface is created due to thermal expansion and contraction of the interior metal.
Once the rings have undergone the reticulation process, the surface is oxidized using liver of sulfur.

No two rings are alike, and their surface pattern will differ between each piece.

If ordering a custom size please leave a comment at checkout with your ring size in Australian format. Please allow for up to 2-4 weeks production time to allow me to make the ring.
