Australian Shipping
Parcels are either sent using Sendle with authority to leave for $8 or with Australia Post with Signature on delivery required for $15. We recommend going with signature on delivery just in case.
International Shipping
If you are located outside of Australia please send an email to [email protected], include the delivery address and what you would like to purchase and I will be able to send you a shipping estimate. Please note that international shipping may incur additional import taxes/duties so please familiarise yourself with your local rules to avoid any surprises.

Sizing
All ring sizes are listed in Australian format. I have reusable ring sizers available to help determine your size, please make sure you select ring sizer only shipping.
The most accurate way to determine your ring size is to go to a local jeweller/store and ask them to size you. Each finger can be a different size so be sure to measure the finger you intend to wear your ring on! If your chosen ring has a wide band, it's recommended to go up a size to allow for a comfortable fit.
Resizing
Rings that contain stones are generally unable to be resized by myself due to the heat sensitivity of stones. Some commercial jewellers may be able to perform this service using specialized equipment.
If your ring doesn't contain a stone please get in contact as it may be possible to resize for a fee. Alternatively you may wish to have your ring resized by a local jeweller.
Returns
To be eligible for a return your item must be faulty due to an undisclosed fabrication error, such as a solder joint coming undone. If you believe your piece has a fabrication fault please get in touch with me via email [email protected]
Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind or incorrect sizes. Please do not hesitate to contact me prior to purchasing with any questions you may have.
